MICHEM an Abuja based artiste releases his debut song titled… “YEARNINGS”  which is a message that speaks about how the world moves so fast and how we can easily get lost in our desire for ephemeral things forgetting that which is most important. It admonishes us to have a well thought out scale of preference and not get swept about by our daily impulses.

ABOUT ARTISTE

Ochem Uzorchukwu Michael ” grew up in the Lagos state where he had his primary and secondary school education before relocating to Abuja for tertiary education. He grew up in a relatively large family and is the last of 5 children.

He was raised with strong cultural and moral values with hardwork and discipline being the family’s watchword. He is a strong believer of the fact that God has deposited something in everybody with which one can change the world, ”God didn’t make no junk”. He started singing from the children church and school choir and has steadily grown ever since.

He received ‘YEARNINGS‘ about 3 years ago and with the leading of the Holy Spirit he was moved to share it with the world this year.

Besides singing, he’s also into poetry and modelling.
