Golibe, a fast rising gospel music minister, who has songs like “Chukwuebuba” and “Redeemer” to his credit, drops a love song to God he titles “Affection” featuring vocal power house minister Jennie. Affection just as the title is, is a song that pours out a heartfelt love to God.  For there is no one we should ever desire than our Groom in the person of Jesus Christ. This is one song that will get you into another realm and fire up your desire and love for God.

 

Golibe recounts how the inspiration of this song came – “It was a hot afternoon  and I was cooking for Mama Jennifer Nlem (yes cooking, am also a chef and an event planner) it was either for jubilant choir party or a thank you party for the workers at the just concluded praise and worship service hosted by Jennie when I heard that voice say to me ‘I love you even if you don’t serve me, I will always be here for you even if you don’t acknowledge me because I love you son’. Just like a flash the lyrics of AFFECTION chorus dropped and I started singing to the tune I was hearing in my heart. Fast forward, later in the day, I shared the view with Jennie and John Bernard Odiba. Bernard immediately took to the piano and we got a demo for the song while Jennie quickly developed it into verses. AFFECTION may not sound like your regular music but prayerfully sing this song and you must have a testimony”

Chibuzo Nwabueze Ibe better known in showbiz as Golibe is a Nigerian gospel musician. Golibe was born in Kano state, hails from Oba, idemili south L. G. A, of Anambra State. He is a graduate of Economics from Anambra State University, Uli. He also holds a Post graduate diploma degree in Education from National Teachers’ Institute, kaduna.
Golibe is a Gospel singer, songwriter, minister and music director with a divine mandate to take Gospel Music around the world and restore hope to anyone who believes, and has therefore based his ministry on the foundation of the word of God. He is based in Lagos and Presently the CEO of Golibe Investments.
The most important thing in Golibe’s life is worshiping God. He believes that being decent and pious is easy, and everyone can do this if they desire to. He has a good sense of humor, likes to joke and loves to see smiles on people’s faces. Many people may be surprised to know that he loves acting and has featured in so many Church drama. He started singing as child in the choir. A vibrant praise leader. His previous singles CHUKWUEBUKA and REDEEMER launched him into the music world and has blessed plenty lives with lots of testimonies…

Jennifer Chidimma Nlem a.k.a Jennie was born on the 4th day of July 1990. At a tender age, she joined Strong Rock Bible Church choir where she started her music carrier as a teenager and moved to Grace of God Church teenage choir and later to the Youth Choir. She gained admission at Kano State University of science and Technology (KUST) where she bagged a BSC Hons in Physics. During her academic pursuit in KUST, she was privilege to lead in several capacities as a musical guide where she secured a vision of an annual program tagged WORSHIP FOR REAL WITH THE LIVING STONES.

As at this time, her passion for music took her to another higher ground, when she joined Living Faith Church Choir Kano. Her dedication to the service of the Almighty God, engineered her to her first debut single titled “You Are Good” Produced by Dr.SirMe in the year 2016, granted her regular commendations from within and outside the shores of this land. Jennifer Dimma Nlem, is a song writer, Gospel Artist and a renowned Physicist. She is the fourth child in her family; she is blessed with 4 sisters and a brother.
