Just like every other song she had released, the latest single by JUMOKE titled “Waka Gospel Medley” was birthed through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
Jumoke also drew inspiration from some of the works of her late mother, Sarah Kokumo.
“‘Waka Gospel’ is a genre that has not been extensively explored in the Gospel music industry space, said Jumoke.
“This is a new vibe and promises to be soul lifting as we dance to worship God this season and beyond listening to this.”

ABOUT JUMOKE
Jumoke Omotoso was born into a music household, with both parents been musicians in their own rights from the late 1970’s till the dawn of the new millennium. Emerging into the Gospel music industry, following her debut single track, I AM, Jumoke has worked with top music producers and ministered along side Timi Dakolo, Funke Akinnokun, Onyeka Onwenu, and Eben just to mention a few. Subsequently, she released “Jingulu beeli”, “Gratitude” and “Titilai” (forever).
A Graduate of the renowned Berklee School of Music, Boston, USA, where she finished with a Distinction class in Music Songwriting (Diploma); she also possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, Nigeria. She is currently the CEO of PearlVilla Fashion House, a fashion/beauty home and represents various international brands. She is the convener of a biennial praise and worship event tagged ” The Gratitude Concert”, which started in 2018 with the Inaugural edition.
