Beauty Obodo Readies New Album “Joy Comes in the Morning” / Unveils Cover [Instagram: @BeautyObodo]

Contemporary Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter, Beauty Obodo is set to kick-start the new year on a high note as she announces the release of her new project, “Joy Comes in the Morning” – which will be unveiled with an album launch/concert in Lagos on Jan 21, 2023.

“Joy Comes in the Morning” will mark Beauty Obodo’s first new album in 5 years following her sophomore LP “My Hallelujah Praise” which dropped in 2018. The forthcoming album boasts previously released singles including the well-received “Gracious God” feat. Moses Swaray, as well as brand new songs from the Nigerian music minister.

Fueling anticipation for “Joy Comes in the Morning,” Beauty Obodo has unwrapped the beautiful cover for the album.

The album launch which also doubles as her special birthday (Jan 20) celebration concert is scheduled to hold at the RCCG Dominion Sanctuary (No. 1 Acme Road, Ogba-Ikeja, Lagos) on Jan 21. The event will feature a special guest appearance from Pst. Kunle Ajayi, and Music ministrations from Lilian Nneji, Min Funke Owolabi, and Michael Akingbala.
