New York State Senate honours Lady Evang. Tope Alabi
The United States, New York State Senator, Ruben Diaz, honours Tope Alabi on the 9th of October 2016, at the COGA Rehoboth Convention, New York, for her dedication to the betterment of her community.
“I, New York State Senator Ruben Diaz, recognize that in Tope Alabi
